Covid procedures for the upcoming season:
1) Everyone must wear a mask to enter the building. Only players/coaches/refs can take off masks once on their designated courts. If you leave the court you have to put your mask back on.
2) Everyone including players will get screened at the entrance. Screening will consist of temp checks and answering screening questions that are in our state guidelines. You must be able to answer “no” to all questions to pass the screening process.
3) Teams can’t come into the building until the game before them has been cleared and disinfected. You will have to wait outside spaced out or in your cars. There are 10 mins blocks between games and you should have time for a warm up. Games will start on time.
4) Once your game ends you are required to immediately leave out the court 1 exit in the gym. The front lobby is an entrance only during leagues and tournaments. Please respect leaving when your game ends so we can disinfect and get the next teams in.
5) Remember to wash your hands before games. We have a limit of number of people in our bathrooms with marked x’s down the hall for bathroom lines. We clean/disinfect game balls, player benches, score consoles and bathrooms between each game.
6) Be sure to bring water. Under our state guidelines we’re not allowed to have our water fountain on so be prepared. We do have vending available.
7) We will call teams in. No one can be in the front entrance area. If you’re outside, please spread out 6 feet apart. If it’s raining please remain in your vehicles until 5 minutes before your game or when we call you in. We will have a megaphone so you can hear us.
8) We are at 50% capacity which means each team can have up to 15 spectators that have to be family members. Depending on number of players your team has and if they each bring 1 spectator will allow us to stay under capacity.
Another great option for our league is we have Livebarn. We have cameras on all 5 courts so you can livestream and play back on demand. It’s such a great set up, fun for the kids and great for family members that would prefer to watch from home.
